Terms & Conditions
Reservations
A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required within seven business days to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellations
Cancellations received 90 days or less prior to departure are Non-Refundable. Christmas and New Year’s bookings are also non-refundable.
Security and Damage Deposits
The deposits are refunded in 30 to 90 days after the end of each rental. We expedite the refunds of deposits as best we can.
Occupancy by the Numbers
No parties, weddings or large gatherings allowed in the villas without written permission. Villas may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental contract. Rates are based on occupancy and additional fees may apply.
Tax & Service Charge
All taxes are included in price. (except 4% local tax)
