HIGH SEASON

A deposit of 50% of the total is due when booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival at the villa. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% is due when booking.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, all amounts paid are refundable, including the booking deposit and any balance paid early. From 30 days before arrival, including that day, no amount paid is refundable. If the remaining 50% is not paid when due, 30 days before arrival, the 50% booking deposit is retained. This policy applies year-round, including Christmas and New Year.

A €1,000 damage deposit is required as a card preauthorization, scheduled one day before arrival. Release is scheduled five days after departure, provided there are no outstanding damages. The time for funds to become available depends on your bank.

No parties, weddings or large gatherings allowed in the villa without written permission. The villa may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental contract. Rates are based on occupancy and additional fees may apply.

All published rates include the 4% TGCA and all taxes. No additional 4% tax is added when booking or on arrival.
