How do I book, and how many guests can stay?

The 200 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private pool. Choose your dates and number of guests to check availability and the total price, then book online. The public location is Orient Bay, Saint Martin; the exact address is shared only after your reservation is confirmed.

How do I pay? Are there extra taxes or a damage deposit?

You pay 50% when booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before arrival. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, full payment is due when booking. All taxes, including TGCA, are included in the price. A €1,000 damage deposit is required as a card preauthorization, scheduled one day before arrival. Release is scheduled five days after departure, provided there are no outstanding damages. The time for funds to become available depends on your bank.

What happens if I cancel or do not pay the balance?

If you cancel 31 days or more before arrival, all payments are refunded. With 30 days or less before arrival, payments are nonrefundable. If the balance is not paid by its due date, the 50% booking deposit is retained. This policy applies year-round, including Christmas and New Year.

Are pets allowed, and what baby equipment is available?

Yes. Cats and dogs weighing less than 10 kg are welcome at Caribbean Star Villa. We also provide a baby playpen and a high chair.
